He was predeceased by: his parents, Euel "Bunk" Mann and Ida Mae Wessarges Mann; and his sister Mary Gean Mann. He is survived by: his brother Jack Mann of Ft. Worth, Texas.; his wife Dorothy Springer Mann of Valley View, Texas.; his children, Jim Mann (Judi) of Beaumont, Texas, Mike Mann (Tracy) of Cleburne, Cynthia Mann (Brough Stewart) of Phoenix, Arizona and Patricia Mann Phillips (Tim Phillips) of Houston, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Adam Mann, Hollie, Kennan, Haddie, Asa, Erin Johnson, Eric Johnson, Emma, Ethan, Kelby Mann, Emily Allison (Nathan Allison), Jacob Mann, Jake Pieper (Angela), Kendra Bailey, Patrick, Matt, Jared and Cole. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests in honoring Sam's wishes that donations may be made to College Heights Baptist Church, Cleburne, Texas, or the American Red Cross.
