He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan (Snider); and his brothers, Jack Snyder and Sammy Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Tate; his children, Stacey Sullivan of Alvarado, TX, Andria Hearon (James) of Milford, TX, Chad Tate (Amanda) of Alvarado, TX and Lance Tate of Burleson, TX; his grandchildren, Kelcey VanZandt, Cheyenne Lewis, Ashley Hearon, Kaitlyn, Evelyn and Madelyn Tate; and his brother Bill Sullivan of Edgerton, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his honor be made to the First Baptist Church of Cleburne, 414 N. Main, Cleburne, TX 76033 or to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
