He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Hinton and Bitha Hinton (Wilbanks); his wife Peggy Hinton (Sanders); and his son Christopher Hinton. He is survived by: his children, Holly Ellison and Ricky Hinton, Jr. (Stephanie Reed); his grandson Aidan Fuller; and his siblings, Donna Stanford and Leroy Hinton.
