He was predeceased by: his parents, H. A. Bicknell and Bobbie Jo Bicknell (Reed); and his nephew Steven Douglas Maples. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Maples (Steve), Sandra Lagow, Carolyn Evans and Ronnie Bicknell. He is also survived by 8 nephews; 2 nieces; and a number of great nieces and nephews.
