She was predeceased by: her parents, Octavio Gutierrez and Francisca Gutierrez; her children, Guadalupe Barajas and Arturo Castro; and her brothers, Armando, Leonel and Pepe Castro.
She is survived by: her husband Constancio Castro; her sister Alicia Lomelí; and her children, Tito Castro, Fernando Castro, Jesse Castro, Joe Castro (Kari), Katherine Abreu, Melissa Castro, Elizabeth Thornton (Matt) and Matthew Castro. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
