She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Green (Jim) and Deborah Dale (Donald); her grandchildren, Daphnne Dale, Bill, Vanessa Dale Jackson, Ross, Dr. Carissa Dale-Williams, Kelly and April Goff; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lilah Kolhagen and Walker Dale Jackson; and her brother Hughie P. Hayes (Minnie Van). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
