She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Morford and Bernice Morford (Bottenfield); her husband John Hay of Parshall; her siblings, Robert Morford (Pandora), Chester Morford (Lena), Leota Jones (Alvie), Lois Salter (Loyd), Viola Green (Howard) and Fern Stevens (Joe); her great grandchild Braxon Weidman; and her son-in-law William McFadden.

She is survived by: her sister Lorraine Parker (Boyd); her children, Dan Hay (Jan), Debbie Kirby (James), Terry Hay (Karen) and Kathy McFadden; her brother-in-law Wesley Hay; her grandchildren, Trisha Martinek (John), Eric Hay (Amanda), Traci Root (Sean), Ryan Hay (Allison), Jarod Hay (Erica), Brandie Weidman (Chris), Tanner Etheridge, Bryce Etheridge (Madelynn), Joshua Hay (Ashley) and Angela Burns (Joshua); and her stepgrandchildren, Julie McElroy (Dan), Tony Howerton (Kelli), Adam Kirby and Josh Kirby (Ashley). She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
