He is survived by: his wife Lisa Valdez of Cleburne; his children, Kasandra Haines (Tyler) of Fort Worth and Tanya Andrade of Garland; his grandchildren, Skyler and Tyson Haines; his siblings, Joe Andrade, Martha Adams (Jimmy) and Maria Lynch (Jack); and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Kurta (Brenda), Andrew Kurta (Rachel), Alisha Adams (Hailey) and Dalyne Lynch.
