He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Day Norris; his grandparents, L. G. Coffman, Edestia Martonak (Steve Martonak), Claud Day and Mertie Day; and his brother-in-law Grady Patterson.
He is survived by: his parents, Doris Shober and Gilbert Day; his wife Connie; and his siblings, Helen, Joy, Susan and Charles. He is also survived by aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
