He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Evelyn Pimenta and Cory Thomas Howard; his wife Noretia Faye Howard; his son Barry Howard; his grandson Dustin Howard; and his siblings, Mary, Jack of Leo, I. W., Herman, Sarh, Christine, Henry and Cathy.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Howard (Paula), Ricky Howard (Vicki) and Rebecca Termin (Roy); his grandchildren, Krystalle, Lezlie, Ricky, Tim, Misty and Tiffany; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Jeska, Alissa, Josh, Abbie, Jacky, Cheyenne, Kelsy, Tony, Savana, Connie and Dylan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
