He is survived by: his wife Rita Lara; his daughters, Crystal Lara Andrus (Adam), Tina Lara Fink (Vincent), Dana Garcia (Mikey), Jennifer "Granny" Reed, Misty Kulow (Henry) and Heather Tyler (Alvin); his grandchildren, Abby Tijerina, Alexandra Reney, Angel Barragan, Blake Elston, Bradley Singletary, Christopher Reyes, Jesse Looney, Matthew Garcia, Michael Garcia (Kaitlyn), Noelle Tyler, Steven Handy, Rebecca Singletary and Travis Yager; his great grandchildren, Archer, Jaxon, Autumn and Reign; and his siblings, Adela Lara Puente, Chris Olvera (David), Angie Lara (Mark Alcala), Sammy Lara (Isabel), Paul Lara (Vickie), Larry Lara, Bonnie Lara and Nellie Lara Phifer.
