He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Westmoreland and June Turner Westmoreland; and his brother Bill Westmoreland. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kenzie; his wife Roxie A. Westmoreland; his children, Gidget Cochran (Jeff) and Wesley Westmoreland (Melinda); his grandchildren, Kolton Cochran (Lauren), Eli Westmoreland, Rocky Westmoreland and Kalani Westmoreland; and his great grandchildren, Avery Cope and Adaline Cochran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
