He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mullins and Joseph "Babe" Evans Mullins (Brown); and his wife Patricia Ann Culbert. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Rene Barlow and Darla Pearce; his grandson Noah Barlow; and his siblings, Jackie Styron, Edna Wright, Gary Mullins and Terry Mullins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
