He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Earl and Bessie Lee Collins (Young); and his wife Maudine Collins. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Joe Millsap (Ulene Hubbard), Brenda Benson and June O'Neal; and his grandchildren, Christopher Lynn Millsap, Nettie Lei Millsap, Jessica Hall (Chris), Jeremy O'Neal (Shelly), Amy Soule, Jeffrey O'Neal, Courtney and Lee Pierce. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery (405 Watters St, Cleburne, TX 76031).
