She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Wayne Ward; and her brother Ronny Theis. She is survived by: her children, Teresa (Darel Wieman), Leo, Kellye Ward and Leon (Lisa Ward); and her brother John Theis. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
