He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy R. Doak and Doris Doak; and his grandparents, Otis and Melba Dunson. He is survived by: his wife Pat Doak; his son Timothy Don Doak (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ava Doak and Ryder Doak; his uncle Kenneth Dunson; and his pets, Marley and Bobo. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
