He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles and Eleanor S. Weathington; and his sister Carol Jean Durbin. He is survived by: his wife Susi Weathington; his children, Carolyn S. Weathington, John, Robert Weathington, Jr. and Judith (Jack Hart); his sister Edythe Weathington; his siblings-in-law, Victor Lopez, Sally Barrington and Mary Lopez; and his pets, Snowball and Malachi. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and 2 nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Restland Memorial Park (13005 Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081).
