She is survived by: her husband Melvin Blalock; her children, Melanie Doty (Joe), Joel Blalock (Angie) and Sarah Waldroup (Bobby); her grandchildren, Bryson, Braegan, Katie Beth Blalock, Carly, Abigail, Emily Doty, Thomas and Samuel Waldroup; and her siblings, Duane Cutter, Charles Cutter, Melvin Cutter and Glenn Cutter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
