He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Burch and Belle Burch; his wife Shirley Cook Burch; and his sisters, Lois Havard, Billie Sheffield, Tommie Rowe and Pat Kraft.
He is survived by: his daughter Regina Rieche (Steve); his stepchildren, Ken Berss (Mindy), Richie Berss (Pam) and Tamera Helms; his significant other Ina May Bronstrop; his siblings, Ben Burch, Wayne Burch (Sue), Wilma Dean Anderson and Frankie Jo Allen (Joe); and his brother-in-law Phil Rowe. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, his beloved cat "Sunshine" and a host of other family and dear friends.
