She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Bob-Collins and Marcelets Bob-Collins; and her husband Rogers Latulas, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Latulas, Sr. (Gwendolyn) of Houston, Texas, Veronica Albert, Latrell Zeno of Port Arthur, Drusilla Robertson (Patrick) of Houston, Texas, LaSonia Latulas of Houston, Texas and Ashanti Latulas; her sister Rosie Lee Freeman; her brother-in-law Rufus Latulas, Sr. of Port Arthur, Texas.; and her children, Tongela Stills-Hawkins, Vernessa Thomas, Millicent "Katie" Jones and Andre Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other close relatives, and friends.
