It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debrella Carter of Clay, Texas, born in Wichita Falls, Texas, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Cobb and Leuna Cobb (Baker); her daughter Debbie; and her grandson Elmer. She is survived by: her cousins, Barney Oliver (Dianna) and Murphy; her son Mark (Amanda); her grandson Jeff (Randi); her child Weyman Oliver (Kimbra); her granddaughter Brittany Liang (Mike); and also, Windthorst, Heather (Brad), Tiffany, Jeremy (Krystal), Barney, Roddy and Nancy Oliver of Conroe.
