He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Butler and Mae Butler; and his daughter Shana Butler. He is survived by: his wife Shirley June Butler; his children, Shelly Allen (Pat) of Canyon and Kyle Butler (Desha) of Claude; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Tyler Allen, Addison and Breleigh Butler.
