He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Rhyne, Ann Garrison and Ronnie Lowe; his wife Suzanne Landry; his children, Robin Lowe Flournoy (James) and Rusty Lowe (Renee); his granddaughters, Lauren Brooke Flournoy Walker (Tyler), Whitney Marie Flournoy Ruckman (Gary) and Jenna Grace Flournoy; and his great grandchild Wyatt James Walker.
A rosary was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (406 E Broadway St, Clarksville, TX 75426). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
