In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lu had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lu may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. R. Lewis and Martha Lou Cagle Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Mike Major of Clarksville; her daughters, Becky Major of Galveston and Lori Napier (Brent) of Paris; her sister Amy Lewis of Katy; her grandchildren, Tanner of Paris, Reese of Paris and Mason Napier of Paris; her uncle John Finely of Clarksville; and her pet Sue.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clarksville Funeral Home (100 W College Ave, Clarksville, TX 75426). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
