He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Parks and Margaret Helen Hancock Parks. He is survived by: his sister Suzanne Parks Fulbright of Clarksville; his nieces, Camille Hines (Dale) of Clarksville and Amber Schuler (Jeff Tucker); his great-nieces, Ashley Hines, Hannah Davis and Sara Rowan; and his caregiver Angela Rhodes. He is also survived by three great-great nieces, three great-great nephews.
