She is survived by: her sons, Michael Wise (Shirley) of Clarksville and Alan Parker (Mary) of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Tara Fortner (Gary) of Clarksville, Kelly Ybarra (Josh) of Ft. Worth and Brandi Parker of Mt. Dora; and her great grandchildren, Michael Lynn Fortner of Clarksville and Daniel Cain Fortner of Clarksville.
