He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Hines and Rachel Broomfield Hines; his wife Pansy Garrett; his stepmother Martha Jane Hines; his great grandchild Madeleine Jones; and his siblings, Billy Ray Hines, Ernest Kilmer, Kenneth Hines, David G. Hines and Lorene Hines.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Hines, Dianne McIntire (Danny), David Hines (Teresa), Dale Hines (Camille) and Danny Hines (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kristin Rowden (Eric), Matt Keller, Casey Keller (Shelly), Bryan McIntire, Anita McIntire, Kaylee Faulkner (Dakota), Rachyl Bartley, Ashley S. Hines, Aric Hines (Krystal), Ashley N. Hines and Marli Conway (Gus); his great grandchildren, Alex, Liam, Luke, Keylie, Hayden, Sydney, Tyce, David, Blake, Abel, Tucker, Ethan, Cadence, Tristan, Kenzye, Sierra, Lukas, Harper, Evan, Oliver, Asher, Kashtyn and Montanna; and his siblings, Doug Hines (Joan), G. A. Hines (Corene), Irene Hines and Madge Harris.
