He is survived by: his wife Gail Blair Minter of Clarksville; his son Wesley Minter (Nancy) of Annona; his brothers, Mickey Minter (Judy) of Detroit and Rickey Minter of Annona; his grandsons, Cory Holder (Christina) of Saginaw and Garrett Minter of Annona; and his great grandchild Kyden Holder.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clarksville Funeral Home (100 W College Ave, Clarksville, TX 75426). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Annona First Baptist Church.
