He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Eve Mantooth; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Blake Mantooth (Kelsey Jean Mantooth) and Chastity Marie Mantooth.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (1711 Conrad Hilton Blvd, Cisco, TX 76437).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Redeemer Childhood Learning Center building fund.
