With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Weber Jr. of Cisco, Texas, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Francis and Edna Skinner Weber; and his sister Mary Frances Carnahan. He is survived by: his sister Dianne Fisher (Clyde). He is also survived by 4 nieces.
