Owens; her child Kerry Wayne Owens (Linda) of Eastland, Texas.; her wife Lee Ann of Cisco; her daughters, Belinda Jean Webb (Floyd) of Weatherford and Sheri Dianne Owens of Cisco; and her siblings, Teddy Anderson (Nina Jo) of Cisco and Koretha Richardson (Johnny Bob) of Cisco. She was also cherished by Nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
