She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Lackey and Fails Lackey of Nevada; her husband Grady Hornung; her son Craig Hornung; and her sisters, Nyoka Richter and Sherry Haselmeyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Hornung Posey (Jeffery "Shane" Posey) of Cisco; her grandchildren, Jennifer Posey Martin (Kyle Martin) of Dallas, Josh Posey of San Antonio and Jinger Posey of Cisco; and her sisters, Renee Surritt of San Antonio and Wanda Nutt of Spring Branch.
