It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Duncan (Cisco, Texas), born in Ranger, Texas, who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest McGough and Lela McGough (Stewart); her siblings, Jesse, Edward McGough and Betty McGough; her husband Charles Duncan; her son-in-law Larry "Dale" Chadwick; and her grandson Joshua Chadwick.

She is survived by: her daughter Norma Chadwick; her grandchildren, Larry (Stephanie) of Eastland and Jeana (Brandon) of Cisco; her great grandchildren, Charles Stephens, Briley Chadwick and Adelia Moore; her siblings, Wanda (Don) of Waco, Kenneth (Jan) of Medina, Glen (Janet) of Cisco, John (Amelia) of Columbia, Kentucky and Jim (June) of Oklahoma; and her sister-in-law Pat McGough of Cisco.
