She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven J. Bloyd and Winnie L. Ely Bloyd; and her husband Vernon Ray Duggan. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Owings of Cisco, Carl Duggan of Kemah and David Duggan of Warren, Michigan; and her brother Donald Bloyd of Daytona Beach, Florida. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
