He was predeceased by: his father Larry Dale Chadwick, Sr.; and his grandfathers, Charles Duncan, Cecil Maples and Robert Chadwick. He is survived by: his mother Norma Chadwick (Duncan) of Cisco; his sons, Charlie and Charles Stephens of Cisco; his siblings, Larry Chadwick (Stephanie) of Eastland and Jeanalea; his grandmothers, Norma Duncan (Loretta) of Cisco and Bettye; and his nieces, Briley Chadwick and Adelia Moore. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
