Joey Howard York Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 67, Joey Howard York of Cisco, Texas, born in Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leonard and Ruth Evaleen Rist York; and his brothers, James W. and Jerry L. York. He is survived by: his children, Leighton Howard, Jedadiah Joseph (Erin), James Chance "Chance" (Tiffany), William Wesley Whiteside (Chelsea), Rachel Vernell, Walker Wayne (Michelle), Ruth Irene "Ri" and Asya Lavoy York; and his siblings, Jo Ann York of Lincoln, NE, Jean Stevens, Jan Adair of Irwinton, GA, Judson York (Michele) of Lincoln, NE and Jeff York (Amy) of York, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
