He is survived by: his wife Barbara Slover; his daughters, Lisha Ruda (Stan) of Aledo, Texas, Amanda Schaefer (David) of Childress, Texas and LaLaneya O'Farrell of Burlington; his grandchildren, Liberty, Gracelyn, Lincon Ruda of Aledo, Texas, Ryker, Liesel, Rhett, Rayden Schaefer of Childress, Texas, Savanah and Cecilia LeDuc of Burlington; and his sisters, Lavada Starr of Cisco and Letha Barnthouse of Lee Summit.
The family asks in lieu of flowers donations be made in Jerry's memory to The Open Door Pregnancy and Family Resource Center in Cisco, Texas.
