He is survived by: his wife Shirley Arletha (Votaw) of Cisco; his children, Steven Latham (Joyce) of Rocksprings, Wade Latham (Ginny) of Craig and Noland Latham of Cisco; and his sister Faye (Linn Southard) of Utah. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces and nephews.
