He is survived by: his wife Iva Payne of Cisco; his siblings, Jessie Wright, Larry Payne (Wanda), Wesley Payne (Shirley), Vernon Payne (Sheila), Lonnie Payne and Rex Payne (Brenda); his grandson Andy Cunningham (Taylor Ashley Moeller); and his great grandchildren, Knox Cunningham and Kennadie Cunningham.
