Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gail Ann Wiley (Cisco, Texas), born in Midland, Texas, who passed away at the age of 67, on July 28, 2022. She is survived by: her husband Bill Wiley; her daughters, Jenifer Wiley Black (Chris Black) and Christy Guadarrama; her granddaughter Landri Guadarrama; her parents, Leslie Philipp and Mary Philipp; and her siblings, Gary (Melinda Philipp), Linda Carroll and Brenda (Kris Strain). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
