It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Foy Justice (Cisco, Texas), who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Justice (Fats) and Callie Phelps Justice (Kate); his brother Johnny; and his great grandchild Kylee. He is survived by: his wife Annette Biles Justice; his children, Lynn (Debbie), Linda and Sabrenia (Steve); his grandchildren, Tavia, Shayne, Quade, Jade, Jeremy, Sierra and Shileigh; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Tori, Rowdy Blu, Desseray, Alexis, Lena and Zadi.
