He is survived by: his significant other Tina Pence of Cisco; his children, Amanda Mae Katherine Evans of Breckenridge and Charles Albert Evans Jr. of Eastland; and his sisters, Billie Dawn King (Michael) of Ballinger and Twila Marie Dobson (Richard) of Ranger. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
