Alice Woody Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Woody of Cisco, Texas, born in Chico, Texas, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Patton and Ruby Edith Patton (Chambers); her children, Nova Alice Riggs, Roland Homer Riggs and Sara Malinda Helmuth (Samuel Ray Woody); and her siblings, Wesley Patton (Pat), Ernest Patton (Curly), Zoda Strickland, Lois Strickland, Ollie Millsap, Mabel Woody, Elsie Russell (May), Ira Patton, Joseph Patton (Joe) and Homer Patton.

She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ray Woody; and her sons, James Dayne Riggs (Joy) of Fort Worth and Darrell Riggs (Dana) of Trinity, Texas.. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren along with several great- great grandchildren.
