He was predeceased by: his parents, Carvin Spivey and Blanchie Spivey; and his brothers, Bobby and Andy Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his daughter Terri; his son-in-law Michael Dutton; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Lori Spivey; his grandchildren, Jessica Williard (Paul), Matthew Dutton (Caitlin), Taylor Tameifuna (Wes), Ella Spivey, Holton and Treston Souquette; and his great grandchildren, Simon, Benji, Emily Williard and Rowen Tameifuna. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
