She was predeceased by: her parents, Stallard Stevens and Avanell Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Frank Russell Parsons; her daughter Roberta Parsons Broussard; her son-in-law David C. Broussard; and her grandchildren, Rhiannon E. Broussard and Alastair K. Broussard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
