He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Guel and Maria Guel; his father-in-law Ed Feehan; and his siblings, Guadalupe Guel, Julio Guel, Enedina "Annie" Guel, Joe Guel, Paul Guel, Adolfo Guel and Inocencio Guel.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Guel; his children, Peter Guel (Peggy), Nicholas Guel (Alissa), Tiffany Guel and Mercedes Guel (AJ); his grandchildren, Adam Guel and Isabell Guel; and his daughters, Sydnee Houlette, Rachel Paler, Sarah Guel, Briana Guel, Lindsey Guel and Kyle Guel.
