She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Gwendolyn Carter and Yvonne Carter; and her nieces and nephews, Atty Jandá Carter, Burnest Carter, Fredrick Carter (Susan), Richard Earl Carter and Dr. Miles Carter, Jr. (Nikia).
