Moncada; his siblings, Cynthia G. Salinas, Raquel Medina, Jr. (Jose), David Barrera (Margarita), Manuel S. Barrera and Marco A. Barrera; and his grandson Elias Noe Barrera. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.
