He was predeceased by: his father Frank John Cleboski; and his son Frank Joseph Cleboski. He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Cleboski; his sons, Frankie and Chris; his wife Angela Cleboski; his son Christopher Scott Cleboski; his siblings, Theresa, Jude, Matt, Jeffery, Aline, Bernard and Mary; and his goddaughters, Kasey and Catherine Cleboski. He is also survived by his fifteen nieces and nephews.
