He was predeceased by: his mother Delrose; and his sister Mary Dale. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Caudill; his daughter Donna (Mike Ulbrich); his sister Connie Griffis; and also, Lorie Mathews, Sissy Baby, Kailey Ulbrich, Baby Boy, Austin Ulbrich and Brandon Wade.
